Homer Davies retired from a local electrical utility as a Senior Consulting Engineer. He was a project engineer for many projects that required expertise in project management, building construction, electrical systems, HVAC and electronics. The Davies family has been in the residential construction business for over 20 years. He has been trained to become a nationally certified home inspector and has been certified by the state of Florida as a Radon Technician. Homer brings the engineering discipline and the maturity of years of experience in the components and systems that make up a modern home to THE BUYER’S ADVOCATE.

David Elsner is a structural and mechanical engineer. The past 31 years were in the nuclear power industry, inspecting and verifying mechanical and structural components. David was under contract to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to inspect and verify retrofit construction to existing power plants. He has taken the training to become a nationally certified home inspector and mold screening technician. He has several years experience in the residential construction business. David brings professional inspection discipline and extensive knowledge of the components and systems of the modern home to THE BUYER’S ADVOCATE.
